Drum Lessons in School

At Rockin’ Robins Drum Services, we use a simple monthly billing system designed to spread the cost of drum lessons evenly across the academic year while ensuring students receive the same high-quality teaching and full number of lessons as always.

How billing works
-
The total cost of your child’s drum lessons for the academic year is divided evenly over 11 months.
-
No payment is taken in August, as schools are closed.
-
Payments are collected monthly via Direct Debit.
-
You will receive a monthly QuickBooks invoice by email. These invoices are for reference only, as payment is collected automatically.
-
The monthly payment is £30.25 for Primary School Drum Lessons and £36.60 for Secondary School Drum Lessons.
Please ensure the email address provided at registration is correct and checked regularly, as all invoices and important lesson information will be sent there.

Lesson delivery
This payment structure does not change the amount of teaching your child receives. Lessons are delivered in line with our standard annual structure:

-
Autumn Half Term 1 – 6 lessons
-
Autumn Half Term 2 – 6 lessons
-
Spring Half Term 1 – 6 lessons
-
Spring Half Term 2 – 5 lessons (shorter half term)
-
Summer Half Term 1 – 6 lessons
-
Summer Half Term 2 – 6 lessons
This ensures every student continues to receive the full complement of lessons across the school year. The change is purely in how payments are spread, not what is delivered.

Enrolment & Payment
Enrolment is complete once:
-
The registration form is submitted
-
The pre-lesson agreement is completed
-
The Direct Debit mandate is set up

If a student joins partway through a month, the first invoice will be issued within 48 hours. Otherwise, invoices are typically generated towards the end of each month.
If payment cannot be collected by Week 2 of the month, lessons will be paused until the account is brought up to date. Missed lessons during this time remain chargeable.
