When the Download Pilot was announced, it was great to hear that not only are we slowly getting closer to the return of live music but that friend Charlie Harman would be close to Rockin' Robins servicing studio, The Nest. Charlie got in touch as he was playing for Cassyette on the Sunday. Having been talking to Charlie for months prior, the stars aligned and we managed to finally get his kit booked in for a service.
After some covid secure logistics, Charlie and his kit made it from the Government pilot event to the Nest, dropped his kit off and allowed me to get to work. The kit was a Ludwig Classic Maple in a finish I have never seen before. Charlie went on to tell me that they made this kit especially for him.
1 deep clean later and some serious lovin' Charlie's Drums sounded gig ready and back off to the festival they went! Along side playing for Cassyette, Charlie can be found playing with his band Will and the People.
